i've also changed my approach to food buying/making because of my csa. instead of thinking of what i want to eat and then getting the ingredients, or even going to the store or market and letting inspiration hit, i go based on whatever i happen to have gotten from my csa. definitely leads to more creative cooking and making stuff up or substituting ingredients.
more importantly, it has totally changed my attitude about what factors decide what i will eat, and in genral, about how we go about making use of what we have v. buying more more more.

Alix, this salad sounds amazing. I always love the combination of fruit-nut-cheese in salad, but the wilted leeks and walnut oil add something special.
