What a fascinating experience. I think it takes a very strong and dedicated individual to be able to stick with this huge change in diet, even if it is for 5 days.  After reading your post, although I have never experienced a cleansing, it does sound like something everyone should do at some point in order to give their body a break from all the stuff we eat on a daily basis.</description>
