		<description>These were great - but I was surprised at how spicy they turned out! Maybe I just have some very potent cayenne, but they were very hot. I am a big fan of spicy foods and have a pretty high tolerance, but I would still put a lot less cayenne in next time, if any at all, and just throw some pickled jalapeños on top, like I do with regular hamburgers.</description>
