Are you an aspiring journalist?  Food activist?  Blogger?  Or maybe you just can’t get enough of the Jew and the Carrot?  If you live in the New York City area – this is the underpaid (as in unpaid)  job for you!

That’s right, the Jew and the Carrot is looking for at least one good intern to assist the volunteer editorial staff do all the things that we do to keep this blog running.  The ideal candidate would not only be interested in Judaism, food issues and current events, but is also interested in writing, journalism and/or public policy research.  The Jew and the Carrot Intern will work flexible hours though should be sometimes available during normal business hours, organized and reliable. The Intern should be willing to commit approximately 10 hours a week and have computer and internet access.
