		<description>I used turkey kiekbasa - no idea if there's a kosher equivalent. Can't say enough good things about the recipe - from With a Jug of Wine, by Morrison Wood - very adaptable and very kosher friendly if needs be.   

The Boy was pretty excited someone else suggested I kasher my kitchen.

a/ not _all_ boys need to be fed meat, and 

b/ you actually could kasher your kitchen.

Of course the kielbasa and the pork might not then make the bigos cut; and can you make kosher bigos, or is that an oxymoron?
