		<description>Other things that you can do with dough that doesn't rise:
- simply cover it and let it sit for a few days -- it will rise and have a slightly sour-dough flavour and a denser than usual texture.

- make a sponge of yeast, sugar, water and flour, and let it sit until frothy and then knead it into the dough and let it rise as you normally would

- take your process one (or more) steps further and make an ultra rich puff pastry by folding the dough with layers of clarified butter and then use for anything you would use puff pastry for -- (mmmm! listen to your arteries hardening! but it's yummy) --- and puff pastry can be frozen for later use.</description>
