		<description>thank you Leah! i made the root vegetable soup with honey walnuts and it was fabulous. i did tweak it just slightly by roasting the carrots, turnips, and parsnips in the oven at 400 until just tender, then adding to the pot with stock and continuing with the recipe. i just love carrots roasted, couldn&#039;t resist. but i&#039;m very sorry i know how to make those walnuts now, because i could eat about a gallon of them without a second thought...</description>
