		<description>"ochel shalem"-- for "whole foods"?  "shalem" has connotation of completeness, wellbeing, peace, while "malei" is more a sense of plenty or fullness.

still thinking about "food miles", maybe "merchak ha'ochel", (lit. "food's distance", since "kilometrim" is rather awkward).</description>
