		<description>I like the idea of food-based teshuvah. One thing that felt good was donating food to the local food bank while observing my fast. Other forms of teshuvah can include vegetarianism/veganism, eating and donating more organic foods, eating less corporate and processed foods, eating more whole foods and whole grains, avoiding genetically engineered foods (a violation of shatnes, which prohibits inappropriate mingling), etc.
