    My favorite use of CSA veggies was with the mini-pumpkins that were delivered in the fall. I took two of them and carved out a circular area in the top of both. Into this area, I inserted a tealight candle into each mini-pumpkin. These became the candle-holders for the candles in our Sukka. My cantor loved the idea so much that she also did the same thing after I told her about it.
