		<description>As of yet, I don&#039;t have a real recipe. You&#039;ll notice that most of the fruit in the Larabars is date. The dates are nice and sticky to glue the nuts and other fruit together. I suggest starting with about 1 part cherries, 2 parts dates and 1 part almonds. Then chop, chop, chop. It will create a goo which you can kind of fold over on itself - almost like kneading it. If you need more goo - add more dates. Finally, smoosh it out flat and cut into squares or bars. I was concerned about packaging it, but found it actually didn&#039;t stick to plastic wrap. Perhaps the almond oils are enough.

Hopefully I&#039;ll get to making a real recipe soon. I&#039;ll post here when I do.</description>
