Hmm…there’s a farmers market on my way home today. If I see fiddleheads I may have to make a slight change/addition to my planned menu!

I copied this one down to share, because it’s a real winner. Doesn’t taste like Passover fare at all. I even took it to a pot-luck dinner during the week of Passover to group that was entirely Catholic. They devoured it.

It’s called Mina de Masa, and it’s a like Greek inspired giant empanada. Very sophisticated.
