I copied this one down to share, because it's a real winner. Doesn't taste like Passover fare at all. I even took it to a pot-luck dinner during the week of Passover to group that was entirely Catholic. They devoured it. It's called Mina de Masa, and it's a like Greek inspired giant empanada.
