Yes, the prices of Passover products are crazy: I think it's always been thus. I always feel you get 1/3 as much at Pesach for 3x the normal price. One way around that is to eschew most of the processed foods and instead eat more fresh fruit and vegetables. Of course, sometimes you do need to buy expensive premade products. And it's always a nice idea to donate to a Ma'ot Chittim fund to help those who can't afford the increased prices at this time of year.
