I can't believe I'm saying this, but you don't need cupcakes (even "healthy" ones) to build community. You asked me what I wanted to bring, and I said veggies and your yummy dip with all the chopped up spinach. I was really excited and proud to bring it, until snack time rolled around. I remember that all the students could say "pass" or "no thank you" if they didn't want to partake in the snack, and every preschooler passed except for me and Mr. Raff.
