I&#039;ve been thinking about writing the words &quot;live to eat&quot; on one slip of paper and &quot;eat to live&quot; on another and keeping them both in my wallet - to remind me that moderation is the most important thing.

		<description>What a great post!  I think it is important to strike a balance between eating healthy and missing the memories of the holiday season many of which are food-related. All things in moderation is a good motto, not only at the holidays but all year round!</description>
