		<description>Thanks Deborah.  I think you're right that this issue is not just a holiday-related thing.  I've been thinking about writing the words "live to eat" on one slip of paper and "eat to live" on another and keeping them both in my wallet - to remind me that moderation is the most important thing.

		<description>What a great post!  I think it is important to strike a balance between eating healthy and missing the memories of the holiday season many of which are food-related. All things in moderation is a good motto, not only at the holidays but all year round!</description>
