If you like kale, you'll LOVE this recipe.

Even people who don't like kale, love this!

Thanks for the back up everyone! :)

To be honest though, it is actually a great blog - and useful if you eat lunch within the particular 30-some block radius the blog covers. The writer can't help his veggie-intolerant constituency, and he's a pretty amusing writer.

yeah, those are harsh and ignorant comments. i don't understand how interesting their blog could possibly be if all everyone writes about is fried meat?

I am actually stunned by the self-righteous idiocy of those comments. Who is reading that blog, anyway? perhaps people who have a less subtle thought-process, have a less nuanced attitude towards food? as in: cave-people? stinky cheese and greens sounds awesome! make room for me in the bubble!

Oh man... Those comments are harsh! I obviously live in a bubble too, because I love kosher food, kale, veggies, and I don't venture beyond fish for my meat intake. Luckily, our little bubble is WAY more interesting, diverse and healthy than a deep friend lunch any day.
