		<description>I've never tried halving it. I haven't even tried them since I got a kitchen aid...It's so much work. Once I did try quartering the recipe, I think, but like so many old recipes that are firmly fixed in your head, it was reminiscent of Aunt Lil's without actually *being* her bagel. Would love to know how it works for you - seriously, please report back!</description>
