		<description>Alix, this is amazing and tasty and very pretty! I was able to find red quinoa at the local health food store, and doing a mix of red and white is great. 

A word of caution: this makes a lot! So think carefully before you unsuspectingly double this like I did...</description>

I find that on its own quinoa has a slightly nutty flavor. Maybe you cook it in too much water or rinse it too much. They say that it needs rinsing to get rid of the bitterness but I rarely notice the bitterness when I cook it unrinsed.

Or maybe you just don't like it. That's acceptable too.</description>
