		<description>I first had these at Brandeis- they called them &quot;Congo Bars&quot; and they were a diet-busting 16 square inch block of hormonal heaven.  Nowadays I make them for Shabbat- thanks to Smart Balance (later invented by my &#039;Deis anatomy teacher!)- which makes them pareve and suitable for dessert anytime.  Which just goes to show- don&#039;t underestimate the value of a Brandeis education.</description>
