		<description>beets can also be roasted without the water, at 400 degrees, either individually wrapped in foil or dumped into a roasting pan which is then covered with foil. 45 to 90 minutes depending on the size of the beets (this technique comes from mark bittman&#039;s fabulous &quot;how to cook everything vegetarian&quot;). the advantage of the individual wrapping is that if you don&#039;t need them right away you can just pop them into the fridge and take them out as needed.</description>
