		<description>According to what I&#039;ve read, potatoes and other roots  are in the top three veggies you should buy organic, because most conventionally grown potatoes contain traces of the pesticides used to grow them. As with all non-organic produce, pesticides are found mostly in the skin, which is also where much of the nutrient value in a potato is. Sites I&#039;ve found have tended to include all roots in the &quot;things to buy organic&quot; list, but potatoes are often singled out where beets, onions, celeriac or carrots might not be mentioned at all.</description>
